Hotel Reservation Policy
A 100% deposit of the total room cost including taxes is required to secure your reservation. Once the booking has been processed, you will receive a Reservation Confirmation email that outlines a summary of your booking. Children up-to 5 Years of age can stay free . Additional charges may be applicable for children between 5 and 10 years. 11 years will be charged as per extra adult rate.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
30 Days prior to check in: No cancellation charges.
29 -16 Days prior to check in: 25% of the full amount would be charged as retention.
15 -7 Days: 50 %
7 - 3 Days: 75 %
72 Hours prior to check in / No Show: 100 % of the full amount would be charged as retention.
