• Therefore, shipping is not applicable to any bookings made on our website or through direct payment methods.

Returns Policy

• Since no physical products are sold, returns are not applicable.
• All bookings are governed by our Payment Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Service Cancellation & Refunds

• A 50% advance payment is required to confirm a booking.
• The advance payment is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation or no-show.
• Any remaining balance must be paid at the time of check-in.
