Payment Policy (Hotel Raphkhang)
To confirm a reservation at Hotel Raphkhang, guests are required to pay 50% of the total booking amount in advance at the time of booking.
Advance Payment
- A 50% pre-booking amount is mandatory to secure the reservation.
- The advance payment is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation, no-show, or change of travel plans.
- Booking confirmation will be provided only after receipt of the advance payment.
Balance Payment
- The remaining 50% balance amount must be paid at the time of check-in.
- Accepted payment modes include cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and online bank transfer, subject to availability.
Cancellation & No-Show
- In case of cancellation or no-show, the advance amount paid will not be refunded.
- Date changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and hotel discretion. Any approved changes may incur additional charges.
Peak Season & Special Dates
- During peak seasons, festivals, or special promotional offers, full advance payment may be required, and separate payment terms may apply.
