Cancellation & Refund Policy (Hotel Raphkhang)

At Hotel Raphkhang, we encourage guests to review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before confirming a reservation.


Cancellation Policy

  • A 50% advance payment is required to confirm all bookings.
  • The advance payment is strictly non-refundable in case of cancellation, no-show, or early check-out.
  • Any cancellation request must be communicated to the hotel via phone or email.

Refund Policy

  • No refund will be issued for the advance amount paid at the time of booking.
  • In the event of a no-show, the entire advance amount will be forfeited.
  • Refunds are not applicable for unused nights, early departure, or partial stays.

Booking Modification

  • Date change or booking modification requests are subject to room availability and hotel approval.
  • Approved changes may carry additional charges or revised rates.
  • The original advance amount will be adjusted only if the hotel approves the modification; otherwise, it will be forfeited.

Peak Season & Special Offers

  • During peak seasons, festivals, long weekends, or special promotional bookings, stricter cancellation policies may apply, including non-refundable full advance payments.

Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond the hotel’s control, Hotel Raphkhang reserves the right to modify or reschedule bookings at its discretion. Refunds in such cases will be subject to management approval.

By making a reservation and paying the advance amount, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
